Please review our policies carefully. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
Arrival & Preparation
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out required paperwork and discuss any intake questions. You may also download and fill out the forms in advance. We require a non-refundable, upfront payment of 25% of your booking price.
Cancellations
We respectfully ask for 24-hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellation requests. If you must cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment, the 25% down payment will not be refunded. Subsequent cancellations within 24 hours may result in full service charges and require upfront payment for future bookings. Emergencies, illness, and inclement weather are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival
Please call to inform us if you will be late. Appointment times are reserved for each client, and arriving late may result in a shortened session. Full service fees apply even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, we commit to being on time, and if we're unable to do so, we'll add time to your session or adjust the charge accordingly.
Inappropriate Behavior
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of future services, with full charges applied. Reports may be filed with local authorities if necessary.
Returns & Refunds
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with receipt. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
